NEW SERVICES UPDATE 2026: Fire Place Mantels
David was the kindest tech I have ever had a chance to work with. He took on my project of sculpting an old lost piece of barn wood into a masterpiece. David found the true soul utilizing the natural wave and woodworm holes to find the perfect balance of traditional and modern. Chamfered edges and all, we all would be lucky enough to work with a business and man of his talent. Good luck on future woodworking projects large and small!
I was very satisfied with this crew. They installed a new liner and rebuilt my chimney, and it went smoothly from beginning to end. Their professionalism is impeccable, and they are very reliable and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs chimney repairs in the future.

More recently I have had the extreme pleasure of having Mason be the lead on installing a stainless steel chimney liner for me and conduct a fire test for work recently completed. Even though there was a challenge with the size of the liner, due to my chimney being narrower in the middle, Mason was able to easily troubleshoot, find the correct size and have the installation completed shortly after the initial visit.
Mason returned today to conduct a fire test to ensure everything was in working order and supplied the necessary paperwork for my property management company at our condo association to prove that my fireplace is in working order and safe to use.
Mason's professionalism, leadership, critical thinking skills, positive/can-do attitude and easygoing manner were most impressive. I want to also commend the trainees that I met on both visits, Ron, Julio and Leo. All were models of customer service and professionalism and very happy to be with Best Chimney. It was obvious they were very pleased to be training under Mason and had a high level of respect for him. Best Chimney is doing something very right by having someone as capable as Mason and trainees as eager to learn as the three gentleman that I met during my service calls. Thank you!
I have to say your company has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Fantastic follow up, professionalism, friendly and competent team. I was very impressed with everyone I interacted with. The quality of the masonry and chimney liner team was outstanding. Our hundred year old chimney was leaning from our second roof up. Best chimney set up scaffolding and rebuilt the chimney. Great work and tidy on cleanup. We also had a liner installed and new vent piping installed to meet code. Again great work and tidy cleanup in our basement. Boston chimney took care of everything from permit to inspection.
I received a quote from Dave’s chimney service that was 290% higher than Boston best chimney. More than twice as much. BBC came out here and did an awesome job rebuilding my chimney from roof up, installing a liner for my appliances And sweeping my wood stove stack. I’m grateful that there are still companies out there that don’t try to rip off hard working people! I totally recommend Best Chimney Service!
