Correcting chimney leaks has got to be one of the more complicated services we provide.  Water leaks can be persistent and tricky to diagnose, especially if the visual inspection did not pick up obvious areas of penetration or the water test is inconclusive.  Water can also migrate from other higher elevations and present as a chimney leak leaving homeowners unsure of the entry point.  What’s even more frustrating, once an area is sealed, additional leaks can occur in different areas of the home leaving some of our clients feeling like they’re running around in circles.

The more information we can collect about where you’re seeing the water, and under what circumstances, the better to help us understand the issue. We have identified and corrected thousands of water leaks and will work with you to try to  identify and remedy this headache.
