Let it Snow!
One of the most common questions we get is, “Can you sweep my fireplace in the winter?”
Yes we can!
Before any sweeping is done, a visual inspection is performed to determine if the flue(s) need to be swept. Roof access is not needed to make this determination. Additionally, sweepings are generally performed from the base, making outside weather conditions irrelevant when it comes to running our brushes. Some of our most important work comes in the winter when the elements are at their worst.
No heat calls are done on an emergency basis and usually come in when the heat has been running vigorously for an extended period of time. Boston’s Best Chimney works year-round to keep burning and heating at its best. Call us today to discuss your chimney needs!
Please note that in certain circumstances roof access may be required. The visual inspection will determine if further access is needed.
